It is as important to know the needs of companies as is it to offer those who should be their best managers the necessary bridges to feed the sports industry with new wisdom.<\/p>\n<div class=\"responsive-video\"><iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/RQDDF3Amzo8\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen> frameborder=&#8221;0&#8243; allow=&#8221;accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture&#8221; allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Opening the first door is always the most difficult and the reason why Johan Cruyff Institute has organized the first edition of <strong>STEP DAY<\/strong>, a scheduled meeting between companies and master\u2019s students who need to start applying their knowledge in real projects and with the help of active professionals.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting took place on October 5 at the Antigua F\u00e1brica Damm, where <strong>28 representatives of sports institutions carried out interviews with 50 students<\/strong>. Johan Cruyff Institute had previously facilitated the selection process through its virtual platform on which companies published a description of their internship vacancies so that interested students could send their CVs.
