Since then, nine PROAD athletes have benefited from training in various programs at Johan Cruyff Institute through <a href=\"https:\/\/johancruyffinstitute.cruyffalumni.org\/en\/blog-en\/2025-26-the-cruyff-athlete-fund-scholarships\/\">The Cruyff Athlete Fund scholarships<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of this fund is to facilitate the transition of professional athletes into the sports industry, an initiative aligned with <a href=\"\/johancruyffinstitute-2026?page_id=41528\">Johan Cruyff\u2019s vision<\/a> of the Athlete Dual Career. This represents a unique opportunity for athletes to advance their professional development, both during their active careers and after retirement.<\/p>\n<div class=\"responsive-video\"><iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/YPz5ievfBWE?si=AsqD4qsktH6TU-n8\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen> width=&#8221;560&#8243; height=&#8221;315&#8243; frameborder=&#8221;0&#8243; allowfullscreen=&#8221;allowfullscreen&#8221;><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>Through this collaboration, <a href=\"\/johancruyffinstitute-2026?page_id=41528\">Johan Cruyff Institute<\/a> provides PROAD\u2019s high-performance athlete network with access to its academic programs in <a href=\"\/?cat_ID=23\">Sports Management<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/johancruyffinstitute.cruyffalumni.org\/en\/sport-marketing-and-sponsorship\/\">Sports Marketing and Sponsorship<\/a>, and <a href=\"\/?cat_ID=86\">Football Business<\/a>. Being part of this network offers countless advantages beyond specialized academic training, connecting athletes to a global community in sports leadership and management.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"sht-blockquote alignleft\"><p>\u201cWe would like to thank the High Council for Sports and especially PROAD for this recognition. It is particularly meaningful because it honors the work we have been doing for over 25 years in support of athletes\u2019 dual careers.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The awards ceremony coincided with the 15th anniversary of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.csd.gob.es\/es\/pilar-alegria-en-la-carrera-del-deportista-formacion-y-deporte-deben-ir-de-la-mano\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PROAD<\/a>, a program aimed at providing comprehensive and personalized support to high-performance athletes (DAN).
