Course in Venue Management and Operations — Online

A football stadium is simultaneously a sporting venue, workplace, public space and commercial platform. Its operation requires different teams, suppliers and authorities to work together under strict deadlines and with the safety and experience of every visitor in mind.

This course focuses on the operational management of venues. You will examine matchday and non-matchday planning, risk and safety, crowd flows, hospitality, accessibility, maintenance, service delivery, event operations and performance control. The aim is to build an integrated operational perspective that helps stadiums function consistently across competitions, events and daily activity.
